Each Third Party Developer is committed to the SEE THE NEXT MOVE App Market Partner Agreement, which, inter alia, limits how such developers may access, store, share, and utilise the Personal Information you and/or your Users-of-Users provide to them.

 

c) Social Media Features: Our Services may facilitate the integration of certain Social Media features, widgets, and single sign-on utilities, such as “Facebook Connect,” or “Google Sign-in” (“Social Media Features”) into your web or mobile sites. These Social Media Features might collect specific Personal Information from your Users-of-Users such as identifiers, including name, alias, unique personal identifier, online identifier, internet protocol address, email address, and other similar identifiers. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or situated directly on our Services.

 

Please be aware that in the instances mentioned above in this Section 4.6, SEE THE NEXT MOVE simply serves as an intermediary platform that enables you to access the services of such Third Party Services (including, but not limited to, Third Party Developers, Third Party Apps, and Social Media Features) with whom you are directly interacting, and at your choice. In this context, SEE THE NEXT MOVE functions as a service provider to you, conveying information to the Third Party Services on your behalf. SEE THE NEXT MOVE will only share your Users-of-Users’ Personal Information with Third Party Services upon your instruction or with your consent and is neither responsible for, nor liable for, such Third Party Services' processing of such Personal Information.

 

SEE THE NEXT MOVE does not have control over and is not accountable for the actions or policies of any Third Party Service, and your engagement with any Third Party Service is at your own peril. 5. The Storage/Processing Locations for your ‘Personal Information’

Data Privacy Framework: SEE THE NEXT MOVE  complies with the Data Privacy Framework (“DPF”) that embeds the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“EU-U.S. DPF”), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (“Swiss-U.S. DPF”) as established by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the European Commission, the UK Government, and the Swiss Federal Administration govern the collection, usage, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom (including Gibraltar), and Switzerland to the United States. seethenextmove has affirmed to the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA), within the Department of Commerce, its commitment to the principles of the Data Privacy Framework. Should there be any discrepancies between this Policy and the Data Privacy Framework Principles, the latter shall prevail. The dedication of SEE THE NEXT MOVE to apply the personal information outlined in this Policy to the Data Privacy Framework is under the jurisdiction and investigative authority of the United States Federal Trade Commission.

Such processing is carried out within jurisdictions recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection, or in accordance with specific legal frameworks applicable to other areas.

 

Your Obligations:

Requested identification documents will solely be used for verification purposes and will be deleted once your request has been processed.

Upon receipt and verification of your consumer request, we will delete your personal information from our records unless an exception applies. We will endeavour to respond to your request promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

 

Please be aware that permanently deleting your SEE THE NEXT MOVE account removes all your Personal Information from SEE THE NEXT MOVE's databases. After this process, you will no longer be able to use any SEE THE NEXT MOVE Services, your account and all its data will be irrevocably deleted, and SEE THE NEXT MOVE will be unable to restore your account or recover your data in the future. If you contact our support channels subsequently, the system will not recognise your account, and support agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.

 

If you are unable to access your SEE THE NEXT MOVE account or if you wish to exercise your CCPA rights through an authorised agent, you or your authorised agent may send a request to info@seethenextmove.com or contact our customer care department, including requesting a callback from a customer care expert. To process your request and protect Users’ accounts and Personal Information, we may ask you or your authorised agent for the verification information mentioned above, which may vary according to the circumstances of your request. Authorized agents will also need to provide SEE THE NEXT MOVE with a copy of the consumer’s signed authorization designating them as their agent.
